Spectral Tiger
In true goblin fashion, Landro Longshot has put a stranglehold on the distribution of these mysterious incorporeal mounts.
🎯 How to get it
Reins of the Spectral Tiger teach the Spectral Tiger mount. This item is obtained by redeeming the code from a loot card version of the Spectral Tiger (Fires of Outland Loot) TCG card. When a Spectral Tiger code is redeemed, both the Reins of the Spectral Tiger and the Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger will appear in your inventory.
Why brutal? No longer obtainable (legacy).
