Smoldering Egg of Millagazor teaches the Pureblood Fire Hawk mount. This item rarely drops from the Cache of the Fire Lord, which appears after Ragnaros is defeated in the Firelands. It can drop on both Normal and Heroic difficulties.
Why easy? Drop, but generous (~100%).

📍 Mount Hyjal · via Hyjal portal
- Start at the Orgrimmar Portal Room (Valley of Strength, below Grommash Hold). Take the Hyjal portal.
- Farm at Firelands, Mount Hyjal — ~100.0% drop. Smoldering Egg of Millagazor teaches the Pureblood Fire Hawk mount. This item rarely drops from the Cache of the Fire Lord, which appears after Ragnaros is defeated in the Firelands. It can drop on both Normal and Heroic
- Set difficulty as required (some drops need Heroic/Mythic), clear to the boss, loot. Lockouts reset weekly — park alts at the entrance and repeat every week. Bonus events (e.g. Timewalking, holiday buffs) do not change old-raid drop rates.
- Start at the Stormwind Portal Room (Wizard's Sanctum in the Mage Tower, Stormwind City). Take the Hyjal portal.
- Farm at Firelands, Mount Hyjal — ~100.0% drop. Smoldering Egg of Millagazor teaches the Pureblood Fire Hawk mount. This item rarely drops from the Cache of the Fire Lord, which appears after Ragnaros is defeated in the Firelands. It can drop on both Normal and Heroic
